Uxbridge - North/East Walker Woods (Conc. 6. / Allbright Rd.) , Mod-Fast, Sheila King

Members only hike.  Pre-registration is mandatory.  No dogs.

ORTA MAP 5;  ~10k / 4.5- 5k per hr /2.5 hrs.   Join me as we do a loop hike on the Al Shaw Side Trail in this scenic forest  of deciduous trees with its high canopy. The sandy trail is mainly flat with a few hills. We will then walk 500m south on Concession 6 to access East Walker Woods for another 4kms.  Maximum 15 hikers. 

Note: arrive at 9:15am for a 9:30am start.

Location: Meet at the roadside parking on the west side of Concession 6, 1.5 km south of Durham 21. This is the most southern entrance, just north of Allbright Road. Alternate parking for those with the Uxbridge Parking Permit at the corner of Allbright Road and Concession 6.
