King - Happy Valley (Goldie Feldman), Slow-Moderate, Karen Graham

Members and non-members welcome. Note: This is a car shuttle hike.

ORTA Map 2; 2-2.5 hours; Approx. 7 km; Slow-Moderate pace (3.5 km per hour); winding trails through Goldie Feldman Nature Reserve, the Happy Valley Forest and Love Mountain, with some big hills. No dogs allowed. Sturdy footwear required. Bring water and snacks. 

Parking: We will meet at Weston Rd. and 16th Sideroad, and then we will shuttle to the parking lot at Goldie Feldman.

Meet at 9:45 for a 10 am start

IMPORTANT - ideally, non-members will contact the hike leader in advance of the hike. Non-members are not able to access our online registration system but will be required to read and sign a hardcopy of the waiver of participation.

Non-members are welcome to join two (2) hikes (where they will sign a waiver of participation with the Hike Leader). After a couple hikes you will be encouraged to become a full member and join us in our conservation, community engagement, social initiatives, and public engagement efforts.
