Scarborough - Rouge Park (Kingston Rd), Mod-Fast, Derek Cowbourne

Members only hike. Pre-registration mandatory

Moderate to fast; 4+hrs.; 12-16km depending on conditions;  Varied terrain with some good hills. Some familiar trails and loops, and some less well traveled. If the weather is kind, we could enjoy the view from the top of Beare Hill Park. Be prepared for winter conditions, icers are essential, maybe snowshoes. Bring drinks/snacks/lunch. 

Location: Meet at the parking lot by Glen Rouge Campground. Entrance on north side of Kingston Rd (Hwy 2), east of Port Union Rd (Scarborough), west of Altona Rd (Pickering). Meet by 09:15 for 09:30.
